Tantra was born as a movement that does not reject anything in the world. It accepts all paths and teaches us to expand in our daily experience, celebrating life and living it fully as a way to achieve full consciousness. This ancient and timeless system of the subtle aspectsof the koshas, the subtle anatomy, the energy body and the movement of prana seeking the creation of the light body, the integration of the physical, subtle and astral bodies and the awakening of higher levels of receptivity and consciousness . In this class we will approach the teachings transmitted by the lineage of our beloved teacher Maa Parvati Nath related to joy of existence, pleasure and bliss. A practice to experience joy & fulfillment from within and understand that life happens from the inside to the outside and not backwards. Learn to relate to others through the lens of your heart, radically improving how you relate to your friends, family, lovers, frenemies, enemies, and strangers. Too many people get absorbed in a navel-gazing, “me-me-me” intellectual approach to spirituality, instead of remembering that it’s in community that we actualize the deepest parts of our healing. This is the product of a mistaken idea that the spiritual path is a strictly solo journey, about turning inward and working only on your own healing and your own self. In bodhisattva consciousness, our highest vision is that every activity of our body, speech, and mind should be “for the benefit of all beings.” Not just “for myself” but for “all beings.” In this talk, Sah D'Simone teaches us to relate to others through the lens of our heart, radically improving how we relate to our friends, family, lovers, frenemies, enemies, and strangers. He'll discuss how to stop asking “why” and start asking “how," show us how to take radical ownership over the ways we've acted in the past, and give us the tools to rethink the way we interact moving forward and break free everything from a mindset of separation. You'll cultivate confidence, courage, calm, and compassion so you can relate to others as the best version of yourself.

One of the key Superflow principles is that “fluid bodies lead to fluid minds.” In alignment-based yoga, we move in a linear pattern; however, Superflow is a stream of fluid movements that leave you feeling strong yet grounded and open. This intelligently sequenced movement experience intends to combine the grace of tai chi, liquid vinyasa, and surf-inspired poses with organic, intuitive motions that honor the oceans inside our body and out. We start with gentle Embodied Centering movements before working into more physically challenging fluid sequences. We end with deep stretch and ocean pulsation meditation. Every gesture in this practice is a love letter to the ocean.

We all have the power to heal ourselves, and the power to transform our stories of pain into love.In this session, we use the love forces of family constellations to raise the vibration of our cellular memory, verbalizing gratitude for what we have experienced places us in a place of responsibility for our history. As creators of our reality, it is up to us to assume that only we can change the perspective from which we have been looking at our life, our family, our traumas and pain. In The Yoga Sutras compiled by the Sage Patanjali, we have a great gift. Patanjali, who is a relatively unknown, and much speculated-about figure, drew on ancient and sacred wisdom to put together a perfect guide to Yoga. Split into four Padas or books, we have a treatise on what yoga is, how to practice it, what the results will be, and finally, what it is like on the other side. In the second book, Patanjali outlines the path of practice with a look at the immediate effects. We have been, as we usually do when referring to practice structure from Patanjali, working with his Ashtanga Yoga instructions or the Eight Limbed Path. We have the Yamas and Niyamas (followed by Asana and Pranayama (the main focus of our modern approach) followed by Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi (which is a yogis stated goal). Music for Mushrooms is a narrative documentary highlighting the personal journey of shamanistic musician and filmmaker East Forest (Krishna-Trevor Oswalt) – a collaborator of the late Ram Dass – whose bold experiments pair music with guided psychedelic experiences to create spaces of healing for a fractured world. The film captures East Forest as he discovers a practice of guided ceremonial concerts that offer participants an immersive environment to confront their pain and fears, fostering hope, and moving them to re-engage with their own true north. Weaving together interviews and conversations with artists, academics, and cultural experts in the fields of psychedelics, science, music and philosophy - voices like Ram Dass, Xochitl Ashe, Hanifo Nayo Washington, Spring Washam, Dr. Robin Carhart-Harris, Jon Hopkins, Peter Broderick, ANNA, and more - the film explores first hand experiences, wisdom traditions, and data-backed evidence of how these timeless tools impact the human psyche, nervous system, and more.
Eduardo Castillo seeks out spaces in which self-expression, rediscovery and human connection can prosper, adapting itself to each environment. Each concert is uniquely its own; it is never the same experience twice. These concerts span the corners of our planet, in constant search for the next location to call home. Using delicate, powerful and emotional soundscapes, Eduardo’s Live shows move us across a spectrum, guiding us from start to finish. It starts slow, a lingering note chosen as carefully as our words. Steadfast, like a meditation or trance, we sit in this space, deconstructing the inner workings of our mind. As the frequencies rise, we connect to a language at once new, yet hauntingly familiar. We place our trust on the pulse of the unknown, a seductive dance, a tantalizing improvisation. As it builds, limits dissolve and boundaries disappear. Together, we share a message. To change the world through sound and frequency. Where you exist on this spectrum is a journey all your own.
